1. To apply for a Construction Loan, you must be 18. Qualification is based on creditworthiness, income and other underwriting factors, and is subject to approval. Rates and terms may vary depending on collateral, loan to value and is subject to change. If adjustable rate mortgage is chosen after construction phase, rates are subject to increase after the initial fixed rate period. Property insurance is required, and flood insurance is required where applicable. Closing costs such as attorney fees, insurance premiums, property taxes and appraisal fees may apply.

2. To apply for a Homestyle® Renovation Mortgage, you must be 18. Qualification is based on creditworthiness, income and other underwriting factors, and is subject to approval. Rates and terms may vary depending on collateral, loan to value and is subject to change. For purchases, renovation costs are limited to 75% of the lesser of the purchase price plus renovation costs, or the “as-completed” appraised value and refinances are limited to 75% of the “as-completed” appraised value. Closing costs such as attorney fees, insurance premiums, property taxes and appraisal fees may apply.

3. To apply for a Lot or Land Loan, you must be 18 and have a credit score of at least 660. Qualification is based on creditworthiness, income and other underwriting factors, and is subject to approval. Rates and terms may vary depending on the collateral, loan to value and mortgage loan product. Maximum loan-to-value is 80%. Property insurance is required, and flood insurance is required where applicable. Closing costs such as attorney fees, insurance premiums, property taxes and appraisal fees may apply.
